Dog Boarding

We had a fantastic experience with Albus and Pidge,our dog Jerry stayed for 11 days, he is a rescued boy so it was incredibly important to us that he didn't stay in a kennel and that we found the right place for him,we had two visits to see Ben ahead of Jerry's stay, second visit was a sleepover for 24 hours, Jerry loved his stay, we had pupdates and photos, Jerry looked very happy and relaxed he was even taken to the beach, we couldn't of asked for more, it was lovely to be able to go away knowing our boy was being treated so well and how happy Jerry was, he was treated like part of the family, ı will highly recommend Ben and his partner to anyone.

I discovered Albus and Pidge Hound Hotel by chance while looking for last-minute dog care. It's a true hidden gem. Winston, my four-year-old Lab, adores this place because of the relaxed, homey atmosphere.

There isn't the classic 'Shawshank Redemption' vibe that you get at many other Doggy Hotels/Daycares. I've used both the pick-up and drop-off services, as well as dropped Winston off myself.

I must say, I wouldn't mind staying there for a few days myself! In summary, a fantastic service for which I've recently been extremely grateful while staying in the area for family business. I wish something like this existed where I live.

Thank you so very much for looking after Rosa so wonderfully and sharing her pup-dates with us through the week. She obviously had a fantastic time, and was on a real high when she got back home. It was simply lovely seeing her become one of the "three musketeers" and become a pack with Albus and Pidge.
It made our own holiday so much easier having peace of mind and knowing she was well cared for, getting plenty of attention and having so much fun on her own 'holiday'. After various suboptimal experiences with other oversubscribed homeboarding services I can't recommend you highly enough. I'm sure she'll be visiting again!

Our big bouncy GSP had the best time here! As a dog with pretty strong separation anxiety we are very careful who we contact for daycare and boarding for him, but the discussions over the phone beforehand, the full tour of where he will stay and the friendly and understanding nature of the owners is second to none. Outstanding and highly recommended.
